Responsibility
- Assist nursing staff in providing holistic care to patients in clinical and surgical settings.
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments in the Operating Room and other medical areas.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs under supervision.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of medical equipment and supplies.
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Nursing Assistance or a related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
