Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth health consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and long-term health impacts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, medical advancements, and competitive products.
- Document client interactions, feedback, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, Biology, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, healthcare consulting, or medical device/pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Knowledge of health products, wellness trends, or clinical solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the Badung region as needed.
