Responsibility
- Assess patientsâ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs through thorough evaluations and consultations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy techniques.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with senior physiotherapists, doctors, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and functional.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques, research, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and clinic-wide initiatives to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration (or eligibility to obtain one in Indonesia).
- 0-2 years of clinical experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Proficiency in basic physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
