Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, limitations, and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and home care programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinical and legal standards.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by participating in continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, sports rehabilitation, or wellness settings.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
