Responsibility
- Assist senior physicians in diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care under supervision.
- Perform clinical assessments, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Participate in daily ward rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document all clinical activities accurately.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures, emergency care, and outpatient consultations.
- Adhere to medical protocols, ethical standards, and hospital policies at all times.
- Engage in continuous learning, including attending training sessions, workshops, and medical conferences.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license or registration with the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI).
- Completion of internship or housemanship (or eligibility to commence).
- Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in basic medical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong ethical values.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and adapt to local healthcare practices.
