Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects with a specialization in lift system installations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including client updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Lead the procurement and installation of lift systems, ensuring technical specifications and performance requirements are met.
- Implement cost-control measures and value-engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency.
- Mentor and supervise on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years specializing in lift systems for residential or commercial buildings.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and lift installation standards (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with valid work authorization or eligibility for sponsorship.
