Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of lift and elevator installation projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry best practices and client specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality materials and equipment at competitive rates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and delays.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lift/elevator project management, installation, or maintenance.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced construction or infrastructure environment.
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, safety codes (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1), and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and contracts.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
