Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and assessments to gather critical project data.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and feasibility studies for stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize project designs and specifications.
- Identify potential risk factors and propose mitigation strategies to enhance project efficiency.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project) for project modeling and estimation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or resources.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams to resolve construction challenges and ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project estimation, technical engineering, or construction management.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
