Join Singapore Telecommunications as a Solutioning Engineering Manager specializing in Data Centre Fit-Out & Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects in the vibrant regions of Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Data Centre Fit-Out and A&A projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate technical specifications into construction and renovation plans.
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to align project objectives with business goals.
- Implement best practices in data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and cabling systems, to optimize performance and scalability.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and incorporating emerging technologies in data centre design and construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data centre fit-out, A&A, or construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of data centre design principles, including power distribution, cooling systems, and structural requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is an advantage.
