Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve on-site challenges.
- Monitor site activities, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to provide updates, address concerns, and secure necessary approvals.
- Manage procurement processes, including material sourcing, vendor negotiations, and logistics to support project needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure timely submission of project deliverables, including permits, certifications, and final handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, or construction engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability and attention to detail.
