Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of sustainable infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, environmental scientists, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-leading software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed developments.
- Optimize resource allocation, including materials, labor, and technology, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and technical documentation to clients and leadership.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in green engineering and integrate innovative solutions into project designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on sustainability or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and BIM technologies.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, LEED certification, and local/regional environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
