Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits, approvals, and community buy-in.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Generate progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project or site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality construction.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale projects from inception to handover.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and design review.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local building codes (experience in Bali is advantageous).
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems proactively, and adapt to evolving project demands.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
