Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of security and safety system projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and feasibility studies to determine optimal security solutions.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and on-site teams to resolve project challenges.
- Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and progress updates to clients and management.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and integrate innovative solutions into project designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the security or safety systems industry.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from design to implementation.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Certification in security systems (e.g., CCTV, fire safety) is a plus.
