Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end execution of FDAS, CCTV, and security system projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project requirements and deliver tailored security solutions.
- Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to inform project planning and design.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams during project implementation.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in security technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on FDAS, CCTV, or security systems.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of security system design, installation, and testing (e.g., fire alarms, access control, surveillance cameras).
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for security and fire safety systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
