Responsibility
- Lead the technical design, planning, and execution of renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to optimize project performance and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of energy systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational projects, including performance analysis and system upgrades.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the renewable energy, solar, or sustainable infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including design, procurement, and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software, as well as project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local and international energy regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., PLN, IEC, IEEE).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and travel to project sites as needed.
