Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for commercial buildings and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of M&E equipment.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate M&E systems into new construction or renovation projects.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide root-cause analysis, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and project timelines to stakeholders.
- Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability in M&E operations through the adoption of green technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for M&E services and equipment procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, facilities management, or building services, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection, and automation controls.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for system design and project planning.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications in M&E engineering, energy management, or LEED/Green Building are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
