Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP).
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability and resource allocation.
- Prepare progress reports, cost analyses, and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency audits and carbon footprint reduction strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international engineering codes (e.g., IEC, ASME, or SNI).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications in PMP, LEED, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally internationally.
