Responsibility
- Lead and manage plumbing and sanitary projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions for plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and project team members.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction industry is a plus.
