Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of precision automation systems and semiconductor equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for new projects.
- Develop and optimize mechanical, electrical, and software components for high-precision applications.
- Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes and final products.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and user manuals.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and semiconductor engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in precision automation or semiconductor equipment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), PLC programming, and motion control systems.
- Experience with robotics, CNC machinery, or cleanroom environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
