In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage projects involving the installation, testing, commissioning, and programming of advanced security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and more. Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS, etc.).
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Perform system programming, configuration, and integration to meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in physical security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS, etc.).
- Proven experience in system installation, testing, commissioning, and programming.
- Strong knowledge of security system protocols, networking, and integration.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ONVIF, PSIA, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., ASIS, BICSI, or vendor-specific certifications) are a plus.
