Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure milestones are met within the scheduled timeframe.
- Prepare and update technical progress reports, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures across all work phases.
- Interpret architectural and engineering designs to troubleshoot construction-related issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship quality and material usage.
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Registered Architect (PRC license required).
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in construction project supervision or site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead on-site teams effectively.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Batangas and travel to site locations as needed.
