Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end execution of mechanical and electrical engineering projects, from conceptualization to completion.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and quality.
- Oversee on-site installations, testing, and commissioning of engineering systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on mechanical/electrical systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to delivery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (IEC, ISO, ASME) and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
