Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate M&E systems into project blueprints and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for tenders and procurement.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot M&E system failures, coordinate repairs, and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Liaise with government authorities and clients to obtain permits, approvals, and sign-offs for project milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- 0–5 years of experience in M&E construction, project management, or building services (internships count for fresh grads).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for technical design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of local Indonesian building codes, IES, NEC, or BS standards for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Certifications in PMP, LEED, or HSE are advantageous but not mandatory.
