Responsibility
- Monitor and control daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality assurance) to streamline workflows.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, variances, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with management to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, control, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
