Responsibility
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical, electrical, or chemical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee site inspections, testing, and commissioning to verify compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement sustainable and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, safety, and environmental impact.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and technical presentations to clients and senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), and industry-specific standards (e.g., ASME, IEEE, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is a plus.
