Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and review mechanical and electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site personnel to maintain project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing mechanical and electrical projects from planning to completion.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for design and project visualization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, NEC, ASME).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
