Responsibility
- Oversee and supervise mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the integrity of mechanical installations and systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address technical inquiries.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in construction or site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (OSHA) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
