Responsibility
- Oversee and support the execution of water infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical reports, cost estimates, and contract agreements.
- Collaborate with quantity surveyors to manage project costs, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to communicate project updates and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, site coordination, or construction management, preferably in water infrastructure or related sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, civil works, or cost estimation, depending on your specialization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to construction and engineering projects is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional licenses are advantageous.
