Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate material procurement, equipment allocation, and labor scheduling to optimize resource utilization.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project demands.
