Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial heating, cooling, and processing equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot systems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct on-site inspections, tests, and calibrations to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, commission, and upgrade industrial systems.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical training and guidance to clients and junior engineers on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial equipment servicing.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment, preferably in heating, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and thermal systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Certifications in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA) or equipment-specific training are a plus.
