Responsibility
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret and translate design concepts into accurate drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions for easy reference.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including bills of materials and assembly instructions.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry trends to enhance productivity.
- Provide technical support to the engineering team as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other industry-standard CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical drawing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageous.
