Responsibility
- Develop and maintain BIM models (Revit, Navisworks, or similar) for data centre and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure clash detection and resolution.
- Oversee 4D/5D BIM simulations for scheduling, cost estimation, and project visualization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA, or local regulations).
- Generate and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) and project documentation.
- Train and mentor team members on BIM best practices and software tools.
- Liaise with clients to present BIM deliverables and address technical queries.
- Optimize workflows to improve project efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably in data centres or large-scale infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM Level 2/3 and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with clash detection, model federation, and COBie data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with LEED, Green Mark, or sustainable design principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided).
