Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize ACMV systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and energy audits to recommend cost-effective and sustainable HVAC solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) using CAD and BIM software.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to integrate ACMV systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and energy-efficient practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV system design, installation, and maintenance, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC simulation software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trace 700).
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and energy efficiency regulations.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end ACMV projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Certifications in HVAC design, LEED, or Green Building are highly desirable.
