Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor OSHE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the development of preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
- Organize and deliver OSHE training programs to employees, contractors, and management to promote safety awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of OSHE activities, incidents, and compliance documentation for audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and HR teams to integrate safety protocols into daily workflows.
- Monitor environmental impact and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
- Stay updated on emerging OSHE trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in OSHE roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Certification in OSHE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local and international OSHE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
