Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain the performance of on-site gas production and distribution systems to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Assist the On-Site Manager in implementing safety protocols, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and logistics personnel, to streamline operations and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of operational data, maintenance activities, and incident reports using digital tools and enterprise systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and contractors to enhance team competence and operational consistency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely procurement of spare parts, materials, and external services.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve environmental sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial operations, plant maintenance, or on-site technical support, preferably in the gas, energy, or chemical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, process control systems, and safety management practices (e.g., HAZOP, LOTO, PPE).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to on-call duties as required.
