Join Aim Recruit in the vibrant heart of Bali as we seek dynamic professionals for our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team. We are hiring for three critical roles: Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer to drive innovative infrastructure and development projects across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Project Manager: Oversee end-to-end M&E project execution, including planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Electrical Engineer: Design, test, and supervise the installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Mechanical Engineer: Develop and implement HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems tailored to tropical climates.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess technical requirements and constraints.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality and performance benchmarks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project management, electrical design, or mechanical engineering (hospitality/real estate sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and international M&E regulations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
