Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute control system and instrumentation projects to enhance plant efficiency and safety.
- Design, configure, and maintain PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing processes.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for control and instrumentation equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for control systems.
- Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of control systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical training and support to engineering and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in control systems, instrumentation, or automation engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
