Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on renewable energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, and battery storage units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance testing to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and operational staff.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in renewable energy and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in renewable energy or power generation.
- Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, SCADA, and PLCs.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and thermal imaging equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO, and local safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
