Responsibility
- Develop and implement energy sustainability strategies for corporate and industrial clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute energy audits, efficiency assessments, and carbon footprint reductions.
- Oversee the design and deployment of renewable energy systems (solar, wind, etc.) and energy management platforms.
- Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to align projects with regional sustainability goals.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and investors.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation in energy solutions.
- Drive ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) compliance and reporting for client portfolios.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in energy sustainability, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in energy auditing, ISO 50001, LEED certification, or similar standards.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, smart grids, and energy storage systems.
- Excellent project management skills with experience handling multi-million-dollar sustainability projects.
- Familiarity with carbon accounting, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), and sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore or client sites (post-pandemic).
