Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and deploy CAD/CAM/CAE software solutions tailored to client-specific manufacturing and design requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including training, troubleshooting, and optimization of engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate smart manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, automation) into existing systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts and improve product performance.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the value of advanced engineering solutions to potential clients.
- Create technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, and best practice recommendations.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in CAD/CAM/CAE and propose innovative solutions to enhance competitive advantage.
- Act as a bridge between sales and engineering teams to translate client needs into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD/CAM/CAE applications (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, ANSYS, Siemens NX).
- Proven track record in implementing engineering software solutions for manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, C++, or MATLAB) for automation and customization.
- Experience with smart manufacturing technologies (Industry 4.0, digital twins, PLM systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
