Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee new plant setup and expansion projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Gantt charts and other project management tools.
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to align project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Gantt chart tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and project lifecycle management.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
