Responsibility
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair utility equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, water supply, and waste management systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new utility equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
