Responsibility
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for deck machinery and automation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in offshore equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement automation solutions for remote crane control and subsea operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Participate in hands-on training programs to enhance technical skills in electrical engineering and automation.
- Document technical processes, maintenance logs, and project updates for internal reporting.
- Support the testing and calibration of electrical components and systems in offshore environments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation technologies into existing machinery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control technologies.
- Familiarity with offshore machinery and deck equipment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
