Responsibility
- Oversee and manage M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in M&E engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E project management within the construction sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a 5.25-day work week and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or relevant engineering credentials is a plus.
