Responsibility
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and permits.
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on architectural works.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex construction or architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
