Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering aspects for CAPEX projects in sugar milling operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to ensure project viability.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades and new constructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to integrate civil solutions seamlessly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver on-time, within-scope results.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for structural or foundation-related issues in existing facilities.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on industrial projects, heavy machinery foundations, or manufacturing facilities.
- Proven track record in CAPEX project management, from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM software and MS Project/Primavera for scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials (e.g., reinforced concrete, steel).
- Familiarity with sugar industry standards or experience in agro-industrial engineering is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and travel to project sites as needed.
