As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for commercial and residential clients. Based in Baliās key areasāCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungāyouāll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from luxury resorts to modern office spaces, delivering world-class service that aligns with Johnson Controlsā commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Install, upgrade, and commission new HVAC equipment in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Provide exceptional on-site customer service, addressing client concerns and offering technical recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, parts usage, and time logs, using digital tools.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to assess client needs and propose system improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and Johnson Controlsā product offerings.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of refrigerants and electrical components.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Certification in HVAC/R (e.g., EPA 608, local Indonesian certifications) is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers, VRF systems, split units, and building automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software (e.g., multimeters, manifold gauges).
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel across Baliās key regions.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
