Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement QA-QC procedures and protocols for construction projects.
- Review and approve construction materials, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed QA-QC documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality control best practices.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in QA-QC roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in conducting inspections and preparing QA-QC documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Boracay.
