Are you a seasoned Design Engineer with expertise in ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Oil & Gas, Marine, or Semiconductor Piping systems? Responsibility
- Develop and optimize detailed engineering designs for ACMV, Oil & Gas, Marine, and Piping systems using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDMS).
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects, ensuring compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers) to integrate system designs seamlessly.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and specifications for procurement and construction phases.
- Perform hydraulic, thermal, and stress analysis to validate system performance and safety.
- Provide on-site support during installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
- Ensure all designs adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations and client requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in design processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV, Oil & Gas, Marine, or Semiconductor Piping design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDMS, or E3D) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, CAESAR II).
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME B31.3, API 650, ISO 13705, etc.).
- Experience with project management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permits sponsored for qualified candidates).
