Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for large-scale construction projects in Bali.
- Develop and enforce project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality control and safety inspections to comply with Indonesian regulations and international best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and clients to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality MEP materials and equipment.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of managing MEP systems for commercial, residential, or hospitality projects (preferably in Southeast Asia).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to liaise with international clients and local authorities.
- Certifications in project management (PMP), safety (OSHA), or MEP-specific accreditations are highly advantageous.
